Operational: Interim leadership roles in SNF and A.L. settings.
Clinical: Regulatory Compliance, Quality Improvement, Quality Care Reviews, Plan of Correction, Falls Reduction Strategies, Policy Development and Interim Management. Project work includes -Infection control, DON, ADON, Nurse Manager, quality improvement. A.L. work includes- assessments (new admissions, ongoing assessments for the Comprehensive licensure, assessment resets, day to day ops, nurse leadership.
Chris has over fifteen (15) years of clinical nursing and operational experience. He has a passion for long term care where he has spent his entire nursing career. He worked his way up from staff nurse, to Director of Nursing which has given him a broad range of experience in this setting. According to Chris, being a nurse is about seeing the big picture; integrating patient centered care with evidence-based practice is vital in a field that is constantly changing. For Chris, joining the AHI team was about being able to collaborate with leaders in the industry to improve the quality of life for those under our care
Chris has worked primarily in the nursing home setting but since joining A.H.I. has been working within the A.L. setting completing assessment resets, plan of correction for A.L.’s with a conditional license as well as support in the role of the RN in day to day operations.
