Courtney has over twelve (12) years’ leadership experience in the senior living industry. She started in the industry as a Business Office Director, then obtained her Arizona assisted living manager’s certificate and worked as an Executive Director at different communities in the valley.
Courtney has served as a Regional Manager for multiple Arizona communities and her passion is to ensure residents are receiving the highest quality of care, and helping communities reach maximum potential. She is experienced in community operations, strategic planning, financial management, staff stabilization and development, policy and procedure development, and survey-ready audits. Courtney has her A.A. in Accounting, and holds a current Arizona Assisted Living Manager’s certificate.
