Judi is a nurse leader and informatics professional with a passion for combining smart technology and compassionate care—especially when it comes to supporting older adults. Over the years, she has worked as a consultant, trainer, and executive across a variety of settings, from nursing homes, assisted living, to national organizations.
Judi has led curriculum development for healthcare training and certification programs, built and optimized nursing systems, and supported teams through everything from regulatory audits to launching new care communities. She has a passion to help long term care organizations provide quality care, maintain financial health, achieve compliance, and gain organizational success!
With a background in nursing, nursing home administration, education, and communication, Judi loves helping teams connect the dots—whether that’s through strategic planning, simplifying complex healthcare systems, optimizing technology, or mentoring others. She is especially interested in how technology like AI can support quality care and help the next generation of caregivers thrive.
