Her dedication to enhancing clinical operations and outcomes spans across multiple facilities, where she applies her skills in communication, leadership, and problem-solving to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Previously, Kristie held prominent roles such as Vice President of Clinical Operations and Regional Director of Clinical Operations at Ascension Living, overseeing the performance and quality improvement initiatives of over 40 senior living communities across 12 states.
