Kaile is a registered nurse with twenty years of clinical and management experience in the long term care setting. She began as a Certified Nursing Assistant and worked her way up to Director of Nursing, including roles such as Infection Preventionist and MDS Coordinator. These roles have allowed Kaile to gain vast knowledge and skills in many areas, including Policy and Procedure development and implementation, CMS guidelines, Infection Control, and Quality Assurance.
