Stephanie Farah
RN, Clinical Specialist
Stephanie has been a nurse for nearly ten years, working in a variety of different settings. Her experience includes departments such as detox, department of corrections, outpatient clinics, inpatient medical/surgical, and long term care, with a majority of her experience focused in the long term care setting.
Stephanie lives in the metro area with her six sons. She is excited to bring her wealth of experience to the AHI team and to continually learn and grow in order to provide the best possible care.
