Melinda Williams

Melinda Williams has over 8 years of RN experience, with 1 year prior of LPN and 1 year of CNA prior to that. Melinda’s passion is to help people. Melinda has a passion for Assisted Living Nursing, Skilled Nursing and Wound care. She worked her way up from working in SNF to being Home Care Director in AL which has given her a broad range of experience in this setting. According to Melinda, being a nurse is about caring, putting herself in the shoes of the ones that she is caring for and having the knowledge to know how to take care for medically complex group of patients. For Melinda, joining the AHI team was about being able to take my experience and knowledge and using it to help others in need.
Melinda has worked in the SNF setting as a Nurse Manager, but since joining A.H.I. has been working within the Nurse Manager and AL Home Care Director role support setting completing all duties that are required. As well as support in onboarding new employees.
