Rhonda has worked in various healthcare roles such as: EMS, medical assistance, orthopedics, spinal surgery, and general practice, leading her to ultimately find her calling in nursing. It was in rehabilitation where she felt most aligned with her purpose, assisting individuals during critical recovery phases. Inspired by her father, who never let the loss of his arm define him, Rhonda found her calling in healthcare. Her father’s resilience and dedication to helping others, while facing his own adversity, instilled in her a strong sense of compassion and a desire to support those in need.
